Featured on "FLY GIRLS" Blog

I've recently released the color version of my originally titled "Misfit" black&white photo.

My friend Jenny found it featured on a really awesome blog. Here's the link. It's a few posts down.

Thank you Andrea Pippins, the creator of FLYGIRLS, for the love!

God is good (Latest Work Published)

Two of my photos have been published on very reputable sites this past week! My MJ Tribute photo on NY TIMES (!!) and a beautiful headshot for NY Actress Gia McGlone in Playbill.

God is good.

Last year, I took amazing pictures of her show "BlackFootNotes" and posted them here for promotion! Click on link below to see -

I become a "Change Agent" on ALBC blog!

So awesome! This is what was sent to me just a couple of days ago.

"You have been spotted by the folks over at www.alilbitofchange.blogspot.com. That's a good thing! We are a civic literacy blog that most notably concerns ourselves with the dissemination of information about the catalysts of Change in both our local and broader communities.

We would like to feature you as this week's Agent of Change. You can visit our blog and see some of our former feature Agents, but it was our introduction into you and your talents and efforts to influence this generation that made us select you as one of our inaugural features."

Wow. Talk about being flattered?! Please go check out the interview by clicking here

Also, I was mentioned on another fabulous blog - www.modamouth.com.

Thanks so much for checking out these two blogs and for all your support! More portraits are certainly in the oven. ;)

Much love,
Nastassia

Thou Shall Not Steal

I came across this link today:

OKAY PLAYER

Initially I was turned off by the fact that my photo was cloned on the sides to fit the blog dimensions, but at least they half created my name...

I know, I'm way too forgiving. But yet, I'm still flattered they used it. At least they didn't change the colours all together like this inconsiderate blogger:

OCBEEJAY

Anyway, Cheers to Janelle! Incredibly happy for her. I've always secretly wondered what E. BADU (who also is one of my favorite artist) thought about her, especially since people love to refer to JM as "the female Andre 3000."

Speaking of JM, it's gonna be a fine time in the neighborhood when I get to see her live with GNARLS BARKLEY this weekend!!

BTW, here's a look at the other version of the photo.
